On Friday, September 11, our longtime friend Allan Houston represented Kids In Crisis on the trading floor at Cantor Fitzgerald Charity Day. As we marked the 25th anniversary of 9/11, we remembered the lives lost and honored the enduring legacy of service and generosity that continues through this tradition.

The Cantor Fitzgerald Charity Day and Relief Fund was established to support the families of Cantor employees who lost their lives on 9/11 and has since expanded to encompass charitable causes worldwide, including Kids In Crisis.

That same day, Allan also joined Bloomberg’s Romaine Bostick to discuss his charitable efforts, including our work and our new 24/7 Textline. His interview helped spread the word that young people and families have someone to turn to, any time, day or night.

Our heartfelt thanks to Allan for championing the children and families we serve, and to Cantor Fitzgerald for hosting us and for supporting our mission through this meaningful tradition of giving and remembrance.
