The Wilton Youth Lighthouse Program, an initiative of Kids In Crisis, sponsored today’s inaugural Come Out and Run 5K in Wilton. This successful event celebrated pride, diversity, inclusivity, and unity in our community.
While we’re proud of our sponsorship, we want to take this opportunity to spotlight our Wilton Youth Lighthouse Program and extend a warm invitation to local families.
What is the Wilton Youth Lighthouse Program?
The Wilton Youth Lighthouse Program serves as a place of support for young people, offering guidance, understanding, and a strong sense of community. Tiffany Pippins, the leader of our Lighthouse program, emphasizes the program’s importance:
“In today’s world, it’s essential for young people to have a supportive environment where they can be authentic, express their feelings, and connect with peers and caring adults. The Wilton Youth Lighthouse Program provides this crucial space, fostering resilience and empowering our youth to navigate life’s challenges confidently.”
