On Monday, September 24, 2018 golfers anxiously teed off for Kids In Crisis 20th Kids Challenge Golf Tournament, in support of Fairfield county’s 40 year old, children’s emergency shelter and their 24-hour services. The weather at Woodway Country Club in Darien was clear and a little crisp, and the tournament ended with players gathering for cocktails and hearty apps, and a presentation that included a few words from Kids In Crisis Executive Director Shari Shapiro, a lively auction by Denis LaPolice, and players awards.
