We\u00a0are\u00a0still\u00a0reflecting\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0incredible\u00a0energy\u00a0and\u00a0generosity\u00a0that\u00a0filled\u00a0the\u00a0room\u00a0at\u00a0our\u00a0Journey\u00a0into\u00a0the\u00a0Jungle\u00a0Gala<\/strong>.\u00a0Thanks\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0enthusiastic\u00a0support\u00a0of\u00a0our\u00a0guests,\u00a0sponsors,\u00a0and\u00a0volunteers,\u00a0the\u00a0evening\u00a0raised\u00a0more than $345,000\u00a0<\/strong>to help children and families across Fairfield County access critical crisis care and mental health support.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0event\u2019s\u00a0success\u00a0was\u00a0made\u00a0possible\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0leadership\u00a0and\u00a0creativity\u00a0of\u00a0Gala\u00a0Co-Chairs\u00a0Keeley\u00a0Hynes,\u00a0Coco\u00a0Siebert,\u00a0and\u00a0Catherine\u00a0Wise<\/strong>,\u00a0along\u00a0with\u00a0a\u00a0dedicated\u00a0Gala\u00a0Committee\u00a0that\u00a0brought\u00a0a\u00a0vibrant\u00a0vision\u00a0to\u00a0life\u00a0and\u00a0created\u00a0a\u00a0truly\u00a0memorable\u00a0night.\u00a0Guests\u00a0bid\u00a0generously\u00a0in\u00a0our\u00a0auction,\u00a0danced\u00a0the\u00a0night\u00a0away\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0music\u00a0of\u00a0Rocktopus,\u00a0and\u00a0were\u00a0inspired\u00a0during\u00a0a\u00a0lively\u00a0live\u00a0auction\u00a0led\u00a0by\u00a0Nick\u00a0Dawes<\/strong>.\u00a0We\u00a0were\u00a0also\u00a0honored\u00a0to\u00a0welcome\u00a0Senator\u00a0Richard\u00a0Blumenthal<\/strong>,\u00a0whose\u00a0kind\u00a0words\u00a0and\u00a0continued\u00a0support\u00a0mean\u00a0so\u00a0much\u00a0to\u00a0our\u00a0mission.<\/p>\n

A\u00a0particularly\u00a0powerful\u00a0moment\u00a0came\u00a0through\u00a0a\u00a0moving\u00a0video\u00a0featuring\u00a0Brina\u00a0Patino<\/strong>,\u00a0who\u00a0shared\u00a0her\u00a0personal\u00a0story\u00a0with\u00a0courage\u00a0and\u00a0honesty.\u00a0Her\u00a0willingness\u00a0to\u00a0speak\u00a0openly\u00a0about\u00a0her\u00a0childhood\u00a0experiences\u00a0will\u00a0help\u00a0bring\u00a0hope\u00a0and\u00a0understanding\u00a0to\u00a0other\u00a0young\u00a0people\u00a0facing\u00a0similar\u00a0challenges.<\/p>\n
