Kids In Crisis invites the community to join us at\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Wellness Day: Mental Health Awareness<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0on\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Saturday, January 10,<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0hosted by\u00a0<\/span><\/span>The Bruce Museum<\/strong> in Greenwich, CT<\/span><\/span>, from <\/span><\/span>10:00am-5:00pm<\/span><\/span><\/strong>. This public event brings together a full day of wellness-focused sessions and will feature a range of programs, including therapeutic movement, guided meditation, poetry, film, and conversations centered on mental health. As part of the day, Kids\u00a0<\/span>In<\/span>\u00a0Crisis will lead a featured session from\u00a0<\/span><\/span>2:00-3:30pm<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0titled, \u201c<\/strong><\/span><\/span>The Digital Gap: Navigating Social Media with Kids at Every Age<\/span><\/span><\/strong>.\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>TeenTalk<\/span><\/span><\/a>\u00a0counselors<\/span>\u00a0who\u00a0<\/span>work in Fairfield County schools will share real-life insights and practical tips<\/span>\u00a0and tools\u00a0<\/span>to help parents and caregivers better understand social media<\/span>, keep<\/span>\u00a0kids\u00a0<\/span>at every age of development\u00a0<\/span>safe online<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span>Discussion and Q&A to follow the presentation. <\/span>Everyone is welcome to\u00a0<\/span>join<\/span>. All programs are free with museum admission, and registration for individual sessions is\u00a0<\/span>required<\/span>. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
