Farah Masani, Founder of Wilton Pride, emphasized the festival&#8217;s commitment to celebrating diversity and fostering unity.<\/p>\n<p>Lighthouse and Wilton Pride&#8217;s partnership brought over 50 visitors to our booth. Lighthouse, a peer-to-peer social support program for young people navigating issues related to gender and self-expression and their allies, provides a welcoming and safe space for teens to connect, share experiences, and build community through various activities.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This annual festival is a place where our differences are celebrated, our voices are heard, and our diversity binds us in unity! This festival is about love and acceptance. A tradition reminding us that visibility, solidarity, and inclusivity are not just ideals but essential for a harmonious society. We are lucky to have Wilton Library partner with us in this tradition,&#8221; said Farah Masani.<\/p>\n<p>The Lighthouse and Wilton Pride 2024 team interviewed Farah about the importance of our partnership, highlighting the collaborative spirit that makes events like this possible.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<a href='https:\/\/kidsincrisis.salsalabs.org\/spring2024monthlygiving\/index.html' class='small-button smallblue'>Make A Monthly Donation to Lighthouse<\/a>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Thank you to all the donors and youth who participated and supported this event. Your contributions and presence made it a resounding success.<\/p>\n<p>This summer, the Lighthouse group will meet in Wilton on Fridays from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Wilton YMCA, E-sports Room.
