Rachel Besharat Mann is a developmental psychologist whose research explores how adolescents form identity and meaning in a digital age. Her work focuses on how literacy practices and social media shape self-concept, civic identity, and political understanding. A mother of three, she brings both professional and personal insight to how young people learn and grow in today’s connected world.

Kelly Philips is the Community Services Associate at Kids In Crisis. Kelly’s role fosters meaningful volunteer engagement that strengthens both the organization and the community. She believes that connecting people through service not only supports those in need but also deepens understanding, empathy, and purpose among volunteers. Kelly is a mother to two great high school and college-age children.

Krishaa Bhattacharjee is a junior at Ridgefield High School, passionate about leadership, service, and youth empowerment. Active in DECA, FBLA, and the Ridgefield Youth Commission, she works to create inclusive spaces for learning and growth. Fluent in English and Hindi, Krishaa values cultural connection and uses her creativity, empathy, and initiative to make a positive impact in her community.
