Lunch and Learn Youth Mental Health: Bring the Conversation to Your Workplace
There’s a growing mental health crisis facing kids and teens across Connecticut, and it doesn’t stop at the school doors. It spills into homes, workplaces, and communities.
As a business leader, you know that supporting your community isn’t just about charity; it’s about building a future workforce that’s healthy, resilient, and ready.
That’s where Lunch and Learn Youth Mental Health sessions come in.
This is your opportunity to bring timely, expert-led conversations into your workplace, while also funding real, on-the-ground support for kids in crisis.
How It Works: Fuel a Conversation, Fund a Counselor
Lunch & Learn is a powerful way for companies to invest in both employee wellness and community impact.
When your business sponsors a Lunch & Learn, we’ll bring a TeenTalk mental health professional into your workplace (virtually or in person) to lead a 45-minute session on a critical topic related to youth mental health.
Your $1,385 donation covers the full cost of the event and funds one week of a TeenTalk counselor at a local school, serving hundreds of students who rely on us every day.
This is not a generic webinar. It’s live, local, expert-driven, and directly tied to the needs of families in our region.
Choose the Topic That Matters Most to Your Team

Why Companies Are Getting Involved
Because mental health is no longer just a personal issue… it’s a workplace one.
Your employees are parents, mentors, neighbors. They want tools. They want understanding. And they want to work for a company that gets it.
When you host a Lunch and Learn Youth Mental Health session, you’re doing more than educating your team. You’re showing leadership. You’re investing in children. And you’re making sure a trained counselor is there for a student who might otherwise go without help.
