Kids in Crisis accommodates up to 20 children, at a time, in our shelters. Last year we had 97 residents and offered support to over 2,300 children and families throughout Fairfield County.
Caring for 20 children – some of whom stay for days, others for weeks -- brings a host of needs. If you are interested in making an in-kind donation or to arrange to drop off dinner, please contact Kristen Tomasiewicz at ktomasiewicz@kidsincrisis.org or 203-622-6556.

Drop off Dinner
Dinner Donations help us to cut down on our food bills. Just as importantly, when dinner is prepared and dropped off, it frees up valuable time for our counselors. Instead of preparing dinner they are able to spend much needed quality time with our residents.
Dinner donations involve dropping off a complete dinner (protein, vegetable & a starch) for 13 – 15 people, (per house). Some individuals prepare dinner and drop it off at the houses, others prefer to purchase dinner from a local restaurant/pizzeria and have it delivered.
Donate a Gift Card(s)
Easiest of all, gift card donations allow us to purchase items we use every day. (Gift cards we can use on a regular basis include: Costco, Local Supermarkets, Walmart, Target, Ice Cream Shops, & Movie Theaters).
Thank you for your generosity!
