Dental Care of Stamford
Kids in Crisis is honored to partner again with Dr. Jerry Simon, founder and President of Dental Care of Stamford, for the sixth year of the practice’s major fundraising initiative, “Smiles for Life.” Over the last five years, Dental Care of Stamford has donated $76,000 to Kids in Crisis. This year, from March 1 through June 30, Dental Care of Stamford (1500 Summer Street) is offering professional teeth whitening for $275 - a 50% discount. One hundred percent of the $275 tax-deductible fee will be donated to the Smiles for Life Foundation, a non-profit foundation that raises money for children’s health issues. Of the money raised by Dental Care of Stamford, more than half will be given to Kids in Crisis to fund the agency’s programs and services throughout Fairfield County. Created by area resident Jessica Mindich, the Greenwich bracelet is made of sterling silver, affixed on a unisex, natural colored cord and presented in an eco-friendly jute drawstring bag. Sold at several retail locations, including 06830 Gifts, The Gabriel Shimunov Salon and Empy's Day Spa, 10% of sales of bracelets will benefit Kids in Crisis.
